Software features

Five areas. One connected operation.

FleetCore's modules are organised by area of work. Each area shows what it solves, what it includes and an example of it in use.

Operations and transport

Every trip with its load, route, container, truck and driver defined, whether you use your own fleet or subcontracted trucks.

What it includes

Trips, loads and routes

Record each trip with the load carried, the client and the route, and follow its status through to delivery.

Container management

Link containers to trips and know which container went on which truck.

Drivers

Keep driver information together with the trips they make.

Own fleet

Organise the company's trucks and each vehicle's activity.

Subcontracted trucks

Record trips made with third-party trucks alongside the trips of your own fleet.

Example in use

Truck carrying a container next to stacked containers at a terminal.
Illustrative image of the sector.

A 40-foot container arrives at the Port of Beira bound for Tete. The operations team creates the trip with the load, container and route, and assigns it to a subcontracted truck and its driver.

Financial control

Costs, revenue, invoicing and cash linked to the operation, so you know the real margin on every trip.

What it includes

Costs and revenue

Record what each trip earns and what it costs: fuel, tolls, driver allowances and other costs.

Real margin on every trip

See each trip's profit and margin, based on the revenue and costs recorded.

Invoicing and receipts

Issue invoices and receipts to your clients.

Cash management

Keep track of the money coming in and going out of the company.

Payroll

Prepare your team's payroll.

Example in use

  • VG-241822.5%
  • VG-241514.0%
  • VG-241211.3%
  • VG-2410−1.8%

At the end of the month, the finance team compares the profit of invoiced trips and spots the ones with the lowest margin, to understand why.
