One trip. Your whole operation connected.

Follow a trip through its five stages and see what FleetCore records at each step.

01Planning

Everything agreed before the truck leaves.

A trip starts with the load, route, container, truck and driver in a single record. Whether it's your own fleet or subcontracted trucks, the team knows what's leaving and with whom.

The journey, with every cost in the right place.

During the trip, operational records and related costs, such as fuel and driver allowances, stay linked to the trip they belong to. At the end, there's no need to piece together what happened.

Financial result

Invoicing is one part. Knowing your margin is essential.

The invoice shows what the trip is worth to the client. The profit shows what's left after paying for fuel, tolls, the driver and maintenance.

In FleetCore, each trip's profit and margin come from the revenue and costs recorded. They are only as complete as the records behind them.

Margin = Profit ÷ Revenue
